Baden Gage & Schroeder LLC offers flexible internships designed to allow students to experience both audit and tax functions of an accounting firm. This approach allows students the chance to see all sides of an accounting firm and find a fit that matches both their interests and skill set.
Feedback and guidance are crucial for interns and younger staff. By having this structure in place, our interns are offered opportunities to enhance their learning and hear about how they are doing.
An internship mentor is chosen for each intern based on their background and interests. This allows our interns to have someone they can go to with questions when they aren't sure who to ask, and for the mentor to get to know and help transition the intern.
Candidates should be at least Sophomore Accounting Majors on track to graduate with their 150 credit hours. Our ideal candidates have a strong GPA, work well in teams, are self-driven and entrepreneurial. Please see the information below if you are interested in applying or learning more.
